I love weekends!

We took Naomi and her friend to the Natural History Museum (and then the park) on Saturday. The two kids had an absolute blast chasing each other around, laughing, and hugging/tackling each other. Oh yeah, and seeing the animals. Then Matt and I went out for a date (we LOVE date-swapping, we need more people to swap with) to Max Brenner's again. You really have to be up for a two and a half hour dinner here if you want something substantive and a dessert...but if that's exactly what you're in the mood for, it's the best! Plus it is so nice to get out of our neighborhood on a regular basis and stretch our legs somewhere different.

One of many hugs gone awry:

We also went for a family bikeride in Central Park, and spent an hour or so at the 92nd St Y's street fair. It was a good fair, with dancers, music, a guy who painted while jumping around before an audience (I'm not sure the term for this art form, but it was amazing to watch), lots of international booths about different countries, a place for kids to piant a picture frame, and bounce-houses/kids rides (we didn't do them, though because the kids seemed a little big). But Naomi had fun pushing her little stroller around:
