We have obviously not been writing very much on our blog lately (nor has this ever really been the most prolific of blogs)...but since we are not writing any of this stuff down anywhere else, I thought I should mention that Naomi is saying some words.
Specifically:
--"Agua" as of a little over a week ago; she also says "agua" if someone around her says "water".
--"Out", with a very clear "t" sound
--"ball"
and so on
(and the less-wordlike "uh-oh", "wow", "moo", etc)
She still cannot say "mama"--I am "baba". But that's ok, at least I have a name.
Naomi has also at least twice in the last couple of days walked up to another baby about her size and given him or her a giant bear-hug as a greeting. This is REALLY CUTE.
