Update

Naomi had her 4 month doctor's visit yesterday. She weighs 16 lbs 12 oz (97th percentile) and is 25-3/4 inches (94th percentile). As her pediatrician noted, "she's quite big", but within the normal range in terms of weight for height.

Everything else is great, except that for the past three days she has been wheezing. For now, we are holding off on trying anything (unless she gets worse) to see first if it is a typical bronchiolitis that will go away on its own within a few days. If it doesn't go away, we'll look at other possibilities. In the meantime, though, it's really pitiful to watch her breathe. She doesn't seem totally miserable, but she's been having a hard time sleeping.

Hopefully we will figure this out, and she will get better soon!
