We're not sure yet if she looks like Naomi, but she certainly DOES bear an uncanny resemblance to
this familiar face:

And just in case anyone was starting to worry that she really is going to look a little like the star of a horror movie, here is a much more comforting view. Look--normal!
Anyway. All her organs are great. Right now I have placenta previa (the placenta is blocking the cervix), but 90% of the time the placenta manages to move out of the way by term, so there is only a 10% chance that I will need to have a C section. Either way, the baby should be fine.
