Triathlete

Matt raced in his first triathlon today at Lake Welch in Harriman State Park (about an hour north of Manhattan). It was an olympic length triathlon, and he was great! I didn't get the video out fast enough to catch his neck and neck sprint to the finish, but here are a few little clips of transitions.

Though Matt was the only one who raced....we were all exhausted (and sunburned) by the end of the day.
