So... what we have here is a few examples of how Naomi typically looks when we try to get her to smile. The smile is pretty rare--enough so that I'm not entirely sure if it's really a response to stimulus or just a fluke (she does randomly smile at times also). This time, I *was* playing peekaboo with her, and she did smile right when the burp cloth was taken off of her face. On the other hand, all of the other times this occured, she went with the boggle-eye look instead (which is really pretty cute, in any case). Anyway.
